Terms for operators

The terms, in plain language.

Payouts: 85% of gross rent (Net Rent) goes to your Stripe Connect account, typically within two business days after the funds settle. One payout account covers the whole portfolio.
Segue fee: 15% of gross rent per lease. Stripe's payment-processing fees also apply. Any change comes with at least 30 days' written notice and never affects leases already signed.
Minimum stay: 30 days. Each listing sets a 30- or 31-day minimum, so every stay is a monthly furnished rental.
Who approves tenants: You do. Every applicant is screened, and you review the results and decide who leases each unit.
Rates: You set the monthly rate for every unit and room.
Commitment: No fixed term. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Leases already signed continue on their terms.

Give each unit the dates it's available, and it's shown to renters searching for a furnished stay in that window.

Residents can extend

A resident who wants to stay longer requests an extension from the app. You approve or decline it, so a unit can stay occupied without a new turnover.

Rent rooms individually

When a multi-bedroom unit is partly occupied, its open rooms can keep renting on their own instead of waiting for the whole unit to free up.
